Had the shaft, connection pins on the ring, and handle all snap because I had to torque them too hard (my fault), but a fillet might help, atleast on the planetary gear and handle. The shaft I am printing with higher infill density to see if that helps. probably also should have seen your comment about rafts.

and what can I use this for?

Is there a reason that we cant just print our own screws? Theres already someone designing the model so it doesnt seem like too big of a stretch to design some screws to go along with it.

Is it M3 or M2 bolts? You list both

clearance in the assembly is a bit tight. requires a lot of sanding to fit, and there's a lot of resistance.

The problem with all spur gears is that when you print them without a raft, the bottom portion of the gear (that touches the platform) melts slightly, which creates the tightness. That is why we recommend printing all planetary gears with a raft.

It's not only the gears. I can't even insert the ring's pins in the holes.
