I am so excited to print this! We have students at our school that will benefit from this immensely!!! I am hoping this works well for both kids that need fine motor practice and students who manipulate objects to meet their sensory diet. The occupational therapist and I were talking about how to create this tool just this morning!

'Hm' (looks at it appreciatevly)

'Goddam this takes 3 hours!'

1h 48m prediction for me.

Also, post a "I Made One" picture. I would love to see how it turned out for you!

I usually use Rhino 3D but have grown to love TinkerCad. This was made in TinkerCad. The threads were created using a script. All of the fillet edges were created using a cube with a sphere "cut out" and then used as a hole to create the rounded edges. Here is a link to the original designs if you want to make a copy and break it apart to see how it was made.

I'm making one now. What design software did you you use for the threads?
