I designed this to wind up excess motor/endstop/extruder wires and zip tie them to make things neater. This can be mounted to 2040 or 4040 v slot extrusion (i use openbuilds) using m5x10mm bolts and post assembly t-nuts.
How it works:
1) Insert the zip tie through the middle hole and leave it unzipped
2) Play with the number of wraps around the prongs until you have the right amount of slack to reach your electronics, etc... You can do normal winds, or weave them. If the approach angle of the wiring coming into the part is pretty awkward, you can do one wrap around the nearest prong, then start wrapping around both.
3) Close and tighten the zip tie around the wraps of wires.
4) Drink beer
9/7/2016 - There was an issue with the zip tie piece not printing with the first stl. I have uploaded a fixed version. I tested this morning and it works great. I added some photos and am marking this complete for now, but let me know if you want any kind of remix, such as longer prongs, 4 screw holes etc...
