honestly...magnets and memory cards isnt a very good idea.... the magnetism can wipe or damage the cards
what is the small individual part which gets printed on the top corner with each card holder for?
I used 3 magnets 3mm x 1mm on each hole but you could edit the .scad file and create a hole based on your magnets' size.
