Would it be possible to separate the spacer?

Never mind, I was able to learn how to do this.

SD/microSD holder spacer

I printed this last week and really enjoy it. I picked up some M3 x 16mm screws and that seems to be the perfect length for the top, bottom, and 3 card tabs. The magnets work really well and are pretty cool. My only question about the magnets is how to get them to stay in. Some of the holes ended up a tad bigger and don't want to stay in the hole. I'm thinking of either doing a glue gun or super glue. Curious what others did/used.

I'm glad you enjoy it. I used superglue for the magnets.

Excellent design. Out of the three memory card storage prints that I've made with this type of design, this is the only one that my cards actually fit in without having to scale up or trim anything. Fantastic work sir.

What font did you use for the top and bottom panels?

It's Spin Cycle OT.

honestly...magnets and memory cards isnt a very good idea.... the magnetism can wipe or damage the cards

You're thinking of magnetic media like hard drives and floppy disks. SD and microSD cards use flash memory which a chip full of transistors.

what is the small individual part which gets printed on the top corner with each card holder for?

That's a spacer to include when you add the screw at the top right, so it won't be visible and look symmetric.

Needs a sim card insert as well.

What type of sim card are you interested in?
I'm not making any promises at the moment but I could in the future.

I used 3 magnets 3mm x 1mm on each hole but you could edit the .scad file and create a hole based on your magnets' size.

What size are the magnets?
