Have you tried a 8mmx6mm carbon fiber tube and LM8LUU linear bearings? Do you think that would work? Have the 8mmx6mm carbon fiber tube enough stiffness? I'm askink this becouse I wanna avoid the self lubricating bushings.

Hi! Great work, what about the cap for the XY joiner?

You might have your answer already, but I'll leave this here for anyone else having a brain fart.

I was just fumbling with this and realized you can use the XY_Clamp_v1.1 from the Hypercube files for this. Only the dimensions for the X rails have changed, so that part should still fit fine.

My friend, changing the axes to 8mm, so can I use steel? H7 tolerance or only H6? Will I have the same performance of your printer? Thank you so much.

Changing to 8mm, these rods are mandatory in anodized aluminum too?

Hello, do we need to print 2 of these if we want 8 mm on the gantry right ?
And which hotend supporting part should we use with these ?
Thanks !

Friend you could make the design of a SF-1 bushing, with the measures applied in the project? Because I can not buy, do not send it to where I live.

Use m5 square nuts instead used them on mine they should slot through 6 mm slot
If your 2020 has 5 mm slot they won't but built my frame then used 4mm bolts and square nuts for rest of components with no problems

Thanks man! For doing this!
My goodies are almost all in, too bad the M5 Hammer nuts for the alu extrusions are out of stock on banggood, have to wait till mid october to receive them :(
