Summary

Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1116216 with the original dimensions of the stock idler of the Geeetech Prusa i3 X Pro kit.
Dimensions in mm:
d1=11 (inner diameter)
d2=14 (outer diameter)
d3=4 (screwhole diameter)

Only a temporary replacement since i doubt it will last long due to the friction. But with this i can print while i wait for the ball bearings.

Update: Version with ball bearings https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1818674
Update2: Version with ball bearings and teeth for GT2 belts https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2002345

seems these pulleys are a little on the low quality side, bought a Pro b three days ago, within a couple of hours the very same pulley wheel literally fell apart after eating its own bearings (investigation showed the motor mount for the Y-axis was badly made and was pulling the motor out of alignment which inturn put strain on the pulley wheel which killed it quick).

mines been running a similar design made out of ABS to what you have here pretty much constantly till I changed it for a replacement a couple of hours ago, alsong as its lose fitted it should last a week or so which should give you time to get a proper job in there.

you might want to check your y-axis motor mount though to see if you have a similar issue.
