derivative of chrille's belt tensioner to fit the eMaker Huxley.

Hole pitch 16mm and belt-clamp for T2.5 timing belts.

It should also work on the reprappro Huxley

Replace your standard Y-axis belt clamp with this adjustable version. I used two 25mm M3 bolts for mounting.

While i eventually managed to get it replaced without removing the bed i strongly recommend to do so ;)

Parts needed:

3x M3 nut
2x M3 25mm screw
1x M3 12mm screw or longer

You the man Joo! Thanks for the part!

Glad its useful to others too :) Thanks for sharing a pic

Installing these now, Will post a pic.

Joo, can you make a version where the nuts on top are nested into the plastic?

Can you also post a parts list for this item?

I only edited http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10274 in sketchup to the right proportions and T2.5 belts... adding nested nuts was too much a hassle for me, since it works quite well the way it is ;)

If I had any "real" modeling skill I would new the nuts! But... about that skill... working on that ;)
