Summary
This is a Spool Carrier designed specifically to fit inside the airtight bag used to store E3D's SpoolWorks Scaffold Soluble Support. It will work with all SpoolWorks 200mm Spools (500g/750g) . Supports both 2.85mm & 1.75mm filament.

2 x 608ZZ Bearings.
1 x 1.75mm or 2.85mm Thread Bowden Coupling.
1 x Matched Length of PTFE.
6 x M3 10mm Socket Cap Screws.
6 x M3 Hex nuts.
1 x M8 50mm Socket Cap Screw.
1 x M8 Hex Half Nut.
1 x M8 Washer.
1 x Rubber O-Ring 10mm ID x 2.5mm.

Post-Printing
Using the Carrier
Slide the spool onto the carrier and load it into the bag making sure the hole for the bowden coupling is facing towards the bag's opening.
Guestimate an approximate place in the bag where it aligns with the hole for the bowden coupling and make a small cut in the bag.
Fit the optional O-Ring over the threaded section of the bowden coupling. Screw the coupling into the hole ensuring a good seal.
Attach your PTFE to the coupling, feed in some Scaffold and then seal up the bag. Remember to leave the included packet of silica gel in the bag.
