Choke lever to replace the one that broke on my 2002 Suzuki Bandit, probably fits other carbureted Suzuki bikes.
I printed at 0.3 layer height with 2 shells, but that is with a 0.8mm nozzle, so probably 3 shells and 0.2 layer with a standard 0.4 nozzle.
Support is needed, I printed with the slide part against the bed so it came out smooth and the arch between the slide and the thumb tab was supported. Fitment was almost perfect, cleaned out the groove for the cable, and hit one part that was binding with a scrap of sand paper and it slides smoothly. Probably just always be conscious that it is printed and try to be careful with it and it should be plenty strong, just don't wrench on it, and keep your cable smooth.
I placed the broken pieces of the lever on a flat bed scanner and also placed a credit card, I then imported this into fusion 360 and used the calibrate option on the picture off of the credit card to make the size perfect and traced a sketch on top of the picture, then extruded this and began modeling the rest with my calipers.
