Summary

Adapted to fit a 25mm diameter SureFire flashlight. The FreeCad file is attached. It's a tight enough (for my purposes) friction fit on the rail; you may wish to add holes / fasteners.

I tried printing this mount, It came out to be about 1 mm short on the width to fit my picatinny

On mine, I used ABS and have a really tight fit on my rail (i.e. to the point where it doesn't feel like it will go on, but it does - with force). My setup prints a 20mm calibration cube at 20.04mm x 20.02mm x 19.99. I made no modification to the rail section of the model from the one I remixed, only the hole.
