Added Revision1.zip: the following items have been added:
- belt tensioner hardware
- improved pulley for the front cylinder
- cylinder/head locator for the correct positioning of the two parts
Here is the V2 engine of one of my bikes. it is a V60 Magnesium engine.
All the parts are 1:1 with the real engine. I printed at 50%.

you need to print 72 parts and purchase the parts mentioned in the instruction section.
The engine represents 100% the real thing and it is moved by a 12V DC motor. Movements of pistons, counterbalance shafts, cams and valves have been accurately replicated.
If you decide to built this thing, consider that you'll spend a massive number of hours filing, drilling, reaming and machining each single part in order to compensate the inaccuracy of the printed objects and the thermal deformation of the plastic. A continuous fitting test is also required during all the assembly process. This is required in order to let parts to mate each other free of interference and/or avoiding excessive clearance.
I've not finished the assembly yet. I believe it will be completed within the next few days.
Assembly is not easy at all .There are well defined processes to be followed, and few grindings required for some of the printed parts.
