Summary

3-Wheeled alternative to the H-Bar bracket. I reduced the width a little bit for slightly more Y movement.

Using 4 wheels to ride on the rails is over constraining, this also allows you to easily adjust the tension with an m3 bolt and nut.

Finally printed these. Found an incorrect dimensions and have since uploaded, correct, working files.

I printed out a couple of these and found that there isn't enough space for the belt to fit between the body and the bearing.

I have a few iteration of this file. I must've uploaded the wrong ones. I'll double check and put the right ones on here soon.

How does the wheel tension adjustment work? All I see is a thru hole for each wheel.

It's for use with the 3-Wheel H Bar backer I uploaded http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1833072 which uses an m3 nut and bolt to tighten the tension on the 3rd wheel

D-Bot 3-Wheel H-Bar Backer

Ah, I see. Thanks!

Hello! Thank you for this model.
It have a problem. Please check place for F623ZZ Flange Bearing. It is to small plase for it.
Decreasing the distance between the wheels will be very bad for the stability of the X-axis is likely there will be backlash.

I printed all of my designs this weekend and found the same - the distance from the flange hole to the side of the bracket was too small.

I updated the distance and will shortly upload the new, corrected designs. I initally got all of the dimensions from the C-Bot and probably used an older version. They've been running beautifully for about 2 days of straight printing and I've gotten a small but noticeable upgrade in print quality.

Okay, thank you for update! I will try it =)
