I've been using these for a while. They're just fantastic! I printed tons of them and give them to all my friends too. Everyone loves them.

A little hint; If they don't fit snugly enough put them in hot water for 5 seconds, take them out, and gently squeeze the sides in. The warm water will make the plastic soft and allow you to reform it a bit. Immediately put it on the XT60 connector and it will firm back up as a perfect fit.

That's great to hear!!! Thx for leaving a nice comment to! enjoy using those safety caps!!

Check the remixes, Nagato made a storage version!

Really good! I'd also consider a matching design for a yellow "Store Charged" cap!

thx for sharing this!!!

For anyone who gets an ill fitting result with PLA...you can easily take a torch to printed parts and lightly fan them and make them less or more snug.

Made a bunch from the 11-10-16 files in PLA. They fit great on Turnegy batteries. I don't bother with the full/empty ones. I just print green ones for full and red ones for empty. I suppose yellow or some other color could be storage.

Nice, thx for letting me know!! if you look down in these comment someone his friend remixed one for storage! :)

Hi, congratulations, fantastic caps...
Can you make this cap for XT30?
thank you.

I haven't printed one yet, but I wanted to say thanks for bringing an improvement to the standard Red Green caps.

tried your tighter fitting model with a flexible filament and I think you hit it right on the money with that one, nice firm fit.

Great to hear, also there is sometimes a bit of deviation on real and fake xt60 connector what i have noticed!
Don't forget to post "I made one" :)

It fits. but not snug enough for me. They are rather loose and I need to hold them down with tape.

try applying some hot glue on the inside of the cap walls and make it flat with a toothpick, I did this and i now have a nice tide fit and a rubber like feel

They should normally fit perfect, but added a tighter set, check for the latest and let me know!

Which ones files are the tighter fitting ones?

The ones from the last update 11-10-16 are the tighter ones.
