Hi, just notices that the rails on this printer's bed are mounted through a plastic block. On my printer ther rails screw directly to the bed mounting frame with one screw at each end tapped into the rod. This is a problem when looking to fit new rails (mine are soft and easily scratched by linear bearings) because I would have to accurately tap the rod ends. Can anyone tell me about the rod holders visible in the propinter in these images. thanks.

How did you get these to work? I printed these and on the left front the holder hits the Y-Axis bearing housing and stops the printer from ever activating the Y-Stop which makes the printer grind something terrible. I tried filing down the bottom edge but there is no way to remove enough with out completely filing through and making the bottom edge piece break off leaving nothing to hold the clip to the bottom of the bed. I just looked and back left one is doing the same thing. My bed for what ever reason is sitting farther to the right from where the bearing housing are. There is a ton of clearance on the right side.

Did you make sure the clip is tight up against the lip? You might need to shorten the height if there is a gap. There may be some variance in the distances on each individual printer. I had to file slightly one front clip but I had enough clearance for the back one. If the right ones fit fine then you could just try modifying one of the left one. Since I no longer have this printer I cannot really go back and look at it.

yea there was alot of difference between the left side of the bed and right in relation to where the Y-Axis bearing housing sat. The overhang that slid into the bottom of the bed part was about 2 1/2 inches to long on the left side both from and back so when the bed tried to move on the Y the clips would hit the housing and stop the bed from moving. I finally marked how much was in the way and took the two left ones to my grinder and ground out the part that was in the way but left enough at the front of the clips to still hold to the bed. Working fine now. I will try and attach some MADE photos in the event anyone else runs into the same issue.
Over all the clips are great and work well now. Thanks for the effort in designing them.

Glad you got it working! The clips for this printer were tougher to design than the ones on my Flashforge Dreamer.

Will these work with the 140mmX140mm glass that you mentioned?

You would need to resize in customizer. I no longer have this printer but if you do all the measurements, it should work.

Yea I looked at the customizer but wasnt sure where to put the new glass size. Didnt see anything that showed 130mm for the original.

GlassBack and GlassSide are where you put those measurement. Center the glass, then measure how much it sticks out in the back from the metal bed.. then do the same with the side. I no longer have the printer so cannot test any other sizes.

Ok thanks I will give it a try.
