Summary

fidget spinner toy shaped like the batman's logo.
78mm diameter, 7mm high.

two versions:

  • three 608 ball bearings (22mm)
  • one 608 ball bearing (22mm) and two holes for coins (each hole will fit three 5 cents brazillian Real coins, which are fortunately 22mm in diameter)

three caps:

  • low profile, 23mm in diameter, covering the bearings completely
  • high profile, 19mm in diameter, which will fit standard playstation/xbox rubber joystick caps
  • simple cap for the coin's holes

recomended settings:
0.2mm layers
50-75% infill
no supports needed
4-lines thick walls

WARNING:
The holes for the bearings are 22.5mm in diameter. If you want a tight fit for the bearings, downsize the model to about 98% in your slicer.

I think your printer is not calibrated correctly, I just measured the holes with tinkercad and are 22.5 mm that's why everyone is having problems with loose bearings.

Yes, that's the size of the holes in my original project. If I did them exactly 22mm, the bearings would be too tight, and it would be difficult to put them in place. Thank you for bringing this up. I'll put a warning in the description. Regards!

Printed this on a Robo R1 Plus using MatteControl with 100 % infill and the bearing holes were too big. Wasted print. RIP :(

Anyone have any issues with the print holding bearings? I printed one off and the openings are a tad too lose. Should I downsize by 1%?

my printings of this got a tight fit fot the bearings. sure, downsizing by 1 ou 2 % could solve this issue for you.

Which one is for bearings?

"batman.stl" uses 3 bearings. "batman_moedas.stl" uses one bearing and some coins
