very nice little vise! like it! Some ideas? Slider should be 12 mm of width and should place the nut in middle of slider (not need glue for fastening nut). At main rack should be possible to place something like a "hex nut" to the screw (maybe 9 mm hole at the inclined plane) . Then slider not must pushed back by finger when turning screw left, opening the vise.
