Dremel printed at 145% for X and Y fits 395 and any other that is using the jaw chuck #4488. I scaled it up in Cura, unchecked uniform scaling and set X and y at 145%.

this is awesome, thx

thanks enjoy

This is so genius that I'm surprised I haven't seen it before.

Thanks . I cant take the credits... except making my own version hehehe. I saw the idea somware elts but didnt fit my needs ans model.

I saw one in the store the other day and thought about designing one. I am constantly amazed at how many useful things you can find on Thingiverse.

So very true.
Thanks to everybody for sharing their things or elts this wouldn't be possible.
The more we share the more we get... positive contamination!

Have a great day.

Be careful, at full speed (30,000+ rpm) most dremels will tear this apart. This is well demonstrated in the many attempts to 3D print brushless motors.

Thanks for the advise. Of course we have to use common sence when dealing with extreme forces with plastique. Also.. the resistance will vary a lot depending on the quality of layer bondig. So we have to use it at our own risk.

VERY cool! I do a ton of precise work with dremels and constantly stopping to blow the dust away is a big PITA. I bet it also helps keep parts cooler under extensive grinding sessions.

Excellant. :) Enjoy
