Why is there holes in the arms when I am trying to put it in cura or simplify3d? is there any way to fix it.

Hi, You are the second person to comment on this but I am unable to see where the holes are. I've inspected the original meshmixer file and the .stl ones I've put on here and nothing is showing. I've put it into Autodesk Print studio expecting that prog to find and repair any fault but none are reported. In Cura I can not see holes. Exactly where on the arms are the holes appearing and I'll have another look.

It are the "cracks" in the arms that confuse at least Cura. I illustrated them for Santa here:

And here are two fixed versions which work for me, feel free to try them:

Thx for the fixed files. I had the same issue with holes in the arms.

Hi, Thanks for the files. The creases in the arms were formed in Meshmixer when I was altering the shapes and I was unable to remove all of them. I'm using Cura as well and although they were visible in Cura they haven't interfered at all with printing and aren't visible when printed. I'm at a loss to understand why most people do not have any problems and only one or two do? Thanks for the altered files, I've loaded them into Cura and they seem identical to mine with creases showing etc. Thank you

And as you can see I've had a problem with Thingiverse telling the reply hasn't posted!!!

You see the difference in Cura in the X-Ray view.
Maybe the accuring problems are depending on some slicer settings, but I didn't investigate it any further, because I need them finished for todays evening ;-))
