Has this one allowed for a little clearance between pieces? The one with a raised back from a couple of days ago (which now seems deleted) had that problem.

0.8 mm per side, plus R2 mm fillet at each sharp corner (to mill it with 4mm bit). Mine printer is ocupied for next 90 hours, so you can be the first person materialized this creature :-D

Yup, came out fine - fairly snug but that's what you want.
