Thanks Maximius!

Are the files complete?
It looks like the STL files for the Z-Axis Mount are missing.
Are the mountingg plates for the steel rods also printed?
If so these seem to be missing from the files too.
Thanks for the fast response to my previous question.

These files are used from the original design of the machine. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:826098

3D Printed & Laser Cut, Lil-CNC Mill ACv2

Is there any chance of an english version of the word document in your fileset?
Or do you know of anyone that has translated it?

I am from the Netherlands and don't speak any Russian.
Your machine looks great and i would love to build one for myself.

I can't seem to open the front_plate_490х100х8mm.dxf file, can you export it again?

I checked this file. downloaded it from the site and opened in eDrawing and artcam. All is well open.

I got it to work, thanks.

Nice mod to my little mill, I have been thinking of doing an update for sometime as my students struggle with the raft on the YZ axis and the easy drivers can be a pain to work with. love the handles.

Thank you for rating. I will try to continue to develop this machine.

за инструкцию огромное спасибо, редко, кто такими вещами заморачивается.

Спасибо. Постарался собрать всю необходимую информацию в одном месте.

Отличный ремикс!

Now work to use instead of the transmission screw m8 trapezoidal screw t8. Can anyone suggest how best to fix the 608zz bearing?

Nice remix,

what software did you use to rebuild the model? Can you share the Step Files?

I use solidwork. model what you want?

I'm looking into converting the full model into onshape as a public model with exposed dimensional variables.
The idea is to create a parametric model that anyone can adapt to their particular needs.

I want to do this because at altLab hackespace we do JunkChallenges and salvage axis motors and electronics from decomissioned printers that are offered to the collective.

With a parametric public model one can easily adapt the model parts to fit the salvaged parts mainly the axels and motor footprints.

Can you share the full assembly even if by email, we can work on this together if you prefer you can create your own login (if you don't already have it) and upload the assembly to onshape and share it here so I can fork it and edit it on my login.

My username is the same on onshape
here is an example https://cad.onshape.com/documents/b481653f60cce42cba80c25f/w/6a450412bf93a0e36918da4c/e/228274885400662188158022

Here's a how-to on importing sw assemblies into onshape

Хороший проект!) Хотелось бы в инструкции увидеть подготовку УП для 3д обработки радиусной фрезой ( на примере фото где у вас круглый декор с голубями)

спасибо) в скором времени подготовлю. спасибо за интересное предложение.

could you upload the dxf files?

Added drawings of parts from plywood.

great!, thanks
