Mini-MPCNC (1/2 EMT Variant)
We consider this is a bit of a work in progress (we will be building 12-15 of these before spring). We started with the MPCNC files for the 23.5 mm (or 3/4 EMT) version. We scaled either by 75% or 80% depending on whether a part had bearings (626 bearings) or not. The parts with bearings were scaled by 80% and almost all other parts were scaled at 75%.
This Mini-MPCNC is not really intended to be used for subtractive manufacturing (or at best very light duty). The design intent would be to hold a drag knife, a pen, a plastic material extruder, and perhaps a laser.
We would like to extend a huge thanks to the team at Vicious Circle for their outstanding work in creating the MPCNC.
There is a discussion topic in the Vicious1.com forum under
[Builds and Things Built] called [Smaller MPCNC based on 1/2 EMT].
A Bill of Materials is provided in a PDF file called 0_5EMT_MPCNC.pdf
A BOM of the printed parts with time & materials is provided in a PDF file called print_BOM_mini_mpcnc.df

We started with MPCNC files and scaled most of them and redesigned those that required redesign using Rhino3D.
