I went from store-bought pasta to making my own but that required a drying rack (I tried once with the dining table, didn't think that was sustainable. Commercial drying racks are also not very compact for storage. So turning to my favourite bamboo chopsticks (though this time they are the long type for frying food), here's a 7-point pasta-dryer that takes up just a few centimetres of space on a cupboard door.
Simply plug and play - and store the chopsticks in your ladle drawer.
Since it turned out like Swiss cheese, I thought it was apt to print it in yellow :)
Mounted with three 16mm screws.
