Hey folks! I'm back again with another printer I'm designing and building. I'm cheekily calling it a Delteron, but it is one of the 2 other configurations of a Tripteron. This one is colinear, and uses a Linear Delta type frame and actuator orientation. I am still refining some pieces so I wouldn't recommend attempting to build this yet, but it does work, and has linear kinematics like the other Tripterons. It is not Cartesian, however, and requires custom code to pre-process gcode or to make your firmware of choice drive it.
I've written the code for Smoothieware here and it can be readily adapted to other firmwares, I'm sure.
Bill of Materials will be coming once I am a little happier with the joint design, though I believe these models are very close.
