The initial bikeclip was working well, but months of torture on kreuzberge & neuköllns cobblestone roads seem to have weakened the pla and it started to fall of sometimes.
This improved design sticks so good that it's an antitheft solution as well. Make sure to meassure your dimensions. I figured out that tolerances are quite high. You can download the rhino source file here for easy editing: data.bza.biz/bikeclip002.3dm

hm it fits but it doesnt really clip on :(

Hey, actually I meassured it for my rails. The dimension is kinda standard however for a pressfit piece a millimeter makes the difference. If it's too loose just wrap a bit of scotch around the rails to shorten the distance, or scale it a bit and reprint.
For me it worked well for a year, then I believe the PLA weakened. Need to reprint in ABS...

im not sure. its probably a bad print anyway since i dont have a filament cooler yet. it fits pretty tight but it comes of very easily. A counterpiece with a screw would be nice ^^

Yeah I wanted to avoid adding complexity by several pieces. for me it worked so far but I only ride roadbike on pavement. Guess a lot of cobblestones would shake it off. I can send you the original CAD files, so you could remix it by adding a counterpiece...

i made it in rhino (3dm) what format would you need?
