All spinners remixed from the popular star wars snowflakes designs. Use standard 608 skate bearing.

Sketchup files included.

Please post a "Make" when you print one. Tips appreciated!

My favorite caps are the Finger_Pad_V2_Twisted_Pins.STL design from 2ROBOTGUY.

Update 5/19 - There are now two versions of Kylo Ren. One uses large 28mm bearings, the other regular skate bearings. I also raised the face a bit for silver paint!

Update 6/7 - Added Tri Darth.

These came out great but function wise they don't spin for very long. I think if the design was changed to have nuts to add some heft, i think it would spin for a lot longer.

I agree. I toyed with the idea of holes along the outside to insert small BB's or Bearings into, but it was negligible weight wise. Adding nuts would destroy the "look". Now if someone were to sand cast these in metal...

Muy buena propuesta, descargue tu modelo, pero solo usaré de referencia. Haré mi propio diseño!!

Do you need supports?

Nope. You shouldn't need any.

I bought 608zz bearings but they are too small what is a standard bearing size?

With PLA, printing Yoda at 100% was too loose. Printing Yoda at 99% allowed the bearings to be pressure fit but still comes out pretty easy. Printing Yoda at 98% the bearing still fit but I had to tap it in with a hammer. 99% is about right, if I print it again, I might try something in between 98 and 99.

My 608's fit fine. 22mm diameter?
