Weird, I open the joint04.stl file, the separate the two parts: their x size is not the same as the y size.

I downloaded the part (i designed this yars ago), and opened in Rhino3d. The part es circular. Have you check your calibration? try twisting the piece 90 degree in your slicer, and check if there is an anomaly.
