This is a general purpose fan duct that can be used with any 60mm fan (with 50mm mounting hole spacing). The fan is designed to redirect the air flow at a 90 degree angle.
1/2/2017 - By request, I added an 80mm version also. Scaling up the 60 to 80 is not an option, because hole spacing changes by a different ratio.
8/18/2017 - Added 120mm, and 120mm Slim (3/4 height) versions.\
8/23/2017 - Corrected the hole spacing on the 80mm version. Now is 72mm, was 68. (center to center)
I designed this specifically to improve my anet a8 printer. When mounted in conjunction with a 40mm board cover (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1803120) and a fan size adapter (60to40.stl - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:21112), the single 60mm fan will cool BOTH the main board AND the x axis motor. See photo.

I printed this with a 12mm brim, and heated glass bed, with light hairspray. Let cool fully before detaching. Use minimal supports.
After printing the board cover, just clip away the built in fan guard for the original 40mm fan.
I secured the cover to the board with a large cable tie after simply slipping the mounting posts over the exposed screw threads. You may need to reverse the screws so the heads are facing inward.
Mount the fan either blowing away or toward the board. I think towards the board is better, as the air stream is better diffused.
Verify there is enough clearance to permit the x motor to move along the z axis.
Use large cable tie to secure the entire assembly
