This cover and bracket is for a Newstyle 360W power supply or similar. I wanted a beefier power supply to improve bed and nozzle warm up times. This is perfect for that.
The bracket converts from the original screw layout to the new screw layout. To install the bracket, first you will need to place four M3 washers in the location of the old screws. I secured them with a small piece of tape so they didn't fall out. I then screwed the Power Supply bracket to the new power supply using 4 x M4(5MM) screws. I finally secured the power supply to the printer using 3 x M3(10MM) screws. The unused remaining screw/nut can be used in the future to mount something else to the power supply.
The power supply cover is then secured using 2 x M3(short screws) on the right side and a countersinking/fluted M3(short screw) on the left side. I secured the power switch using 2 x M4 (5MM) screws and nuts. The hole in the front of the cover is to allow for the adjustment of the power potentiometer.
With all Anet A6/A8 printers, A power supply cover is a "MUST HAVE" for the safety of children and pets. Please seriously consider it if you don't already have a cover. There are covers on Thingiverse for the original Anet A6 power supply.
Note: The pictures of my power supply cover above are for my previous version before I added the power supply bracket. The STL file provided is for the new power supply cover taking into account the power supply bracket. I haven't tested it for fit and would appreciate any feedback to make adjustments where necessary. Maybe one day, I'll print a new cover for myself.
