I hope you keep developing this design, as it's gorgeous and I LOVE the sound of those ducted fans! Do you have a all up weight and flight times available? I'm tired of the ridiculously short flight times of the tiny whoop, but love the protection the ducted fans provide. This looks like a very tempting project!

Cheers

Hello,

Thank you for your comments.
The flying time of the big whoop is very very short maximum 4 min in 4S 2400 mha.
The 2212 engines were very poorly resistant to the dimenssion of edf.
I am going to release pochainementt version II of the big whoop
With real EDF engines 3553-1800 and ESC 80 amp in 6S.
For this model it is not necessary to look at the time of flight.
It will be done only for the power of trust (8,800kg) and noise .....

What screws and bolts? are they m3?

Hello, 12x M3 / 8mm for turbine, 16x M3 / 10mm for brushless, 16x M1,6 x20mm for spacer

you rock thanx. im a noob. so this is neither pla or abs? its a poly carb?

wow...this def deserved a tip. great work...minsk will be making one of these for sure.

Thank you, this is still only a first test.
The recovery brushless are unbalanced and heated too hard.
I need to improve the cooling before installing new engines
