Allows tensioning of the y axis belt with a high degree of control, High repeatability and ease of access.

*I have uploaded a thicker version (pictured) as I was having some issues with it bending (though this is also subject to printing parameters).

Just whack it in like the old one, tighten the upper nuts, pivot to tension belt then tighten lower nuts.

I tried out the thin one. It seems sturdy enough, but I've found that the motor bolt interferes with the mud washer. My motor has a pretty short shaft, so I have to butt the bearing up right against the y bracket without the normal nut for spacing.

Made this one ;). The thin version, didn't bend on me yet but thanks for the sturdy one! By the way would it be possible to have the thick one and then make two slots in top and bottom so it's slide on? http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:30898http://www.thingiverse.com/thi...

Apart from that really love the K.I.S.S. design and yes it also solves the dragging of the belt on the lower belt super part! Should be in main prusa tree ;).
