Beautiful design. Thank u so much!

Thanks! Looking forward to see your print ;)

Excellent and fun model! Printed the "with support" version of the drawer because it didn't add much time or effort and may or may not have made the model come out better. I then clipped out the support (finished the edges with an X-acto knife), and it came out great. I can confirm that the drawer does indeed need to be printed slightly smaller to fit, at least on a Maker Select with Hatchbox PLA. I printed at 50% infill because I found 10% infill had trouble supporting some layers properly.

Thanks for your comment with tips for other users. Glad you liked the model! :)

How about printing the drawer flat and supporting the handle only?

I havent tried. Note that the bottom of the drawer is not flat.

Ah. I see that now. Thanks for the reply.

I actually tried doing it this way and found that it worked out much better for me, at least using the Zortrax M200. Some additional support was generated and printed on top of the raft to support the curving base of the drawer, but it was fairly easy to remove. I just had to use some rough sandpaper to smooth it out afterwards in order for it to fit nice and snug in the table, which it does :)

Thanks again, anordvall, for sharing this wonderful design! I love it.

You'r welcome Amanda! :)

Is it PLA? Did you use supports or bridges?

I used PLA from eSUN. No supports needed.
