Summary
This is a photo, paper, or other thin item holder for an IKEA TERTIAL lamp.
Originally made to block the annoying, bright "hot spot" when someone tilts the shade, this can be used just as a nice lamp customization "thing".
Should really only be used with bulbs that don't get hot enough to burn paper, just in case :-)

Slide curved piece's tab into the opening on main body piece such that the curved part is flush with the front of the body. Then, slide clip onto the lip of an IKEA TERTIAL lamp, so that the thin clip is on the outside. Then you can slide a photo or other item into the clip to block the light going where it isn't desired.
Note that the curved piece is really only needed if you are using a floppy piece of paper to do the light blocking. If you use a heavy-stock paper object (business card, instant photo, etc) you don't have to use this piece.
