Slice with 2 shells (/perimeters) and 0% infill. At coarse resolution (0.3mm), you will find prints have extra shimmer (and print quicker!).

With 0% infill Slic3r generates some weird unsupported islands for the interior bases of a couple of the pine cone scales. This is another one that might benefit from a small amount of infill, depending on the slicing program.
