A circular part cooling duct for 30mm fans. Tested while printing and with smoke. Not the biggest cooling effect but very evenly and not effecting the nozzle too much.
- Updated with a 40mm fan version and optimized airflow.
- Updated with a 40mm fan B variant that has an additional duct blowing directly under the nozzle.
- Updated with the final 40mm variant with larger opening on the bottom and an additional shroud that uses the hotend fan to direct more air to the print. This combination produced best results.
- Added STEP and IGES files for modification :)

It is better to print without brim if you can get enough adhesion otherwise it´s difficult to clean it out afterwards on the opening. There is a small gap below the fan but it prints good enough without support.
Use a 0,3mm first layer to make it sit flat on the print table.
Print the shroud with support on the inside. 80° Overhang angle worked for me.
It is meant to be fixed with a M4 screw to allteds MK8 mount. I directly screwed it into the hole woithout a nut. It can be adjusted in x,y and z with a slot and a additional nut.
