I think you are on the right track to make the stator out of rubber.My problem is that liquid leaks through the gap between the rotor and stator if both are rigid (play). I assume you made a mold of the stator even though some of the pictures show a rotor. Do you have leak through ? By gravity if pump is vertical ?

What you see in the top of the main picture is the "negative" of the stator (to make the stator cavity out of rubbery material). The second part below is the rotor.

Done this way leaking reduces to a stop (using clothes' soap as test liquid). Water being less viscous may drip a bit, I have not tested it extensively.

If you do the rotor out of ABS (mine was PLA) you can use acetone vapor to smooth it out. That will give you an even better seal.
