It's a beast. No more words needed for a 1964 Porsche 904 GT!
My build was done on a desktop cnc-machine by Stepcraft using a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute. I used 6 mm beech plywood and stained the tires. For the first time I used ball bearing and bolts for perfect tire action.
A laser cutter might be a good alternative tool to build this model. Consider that some sophisticated parts need a certain size and/or material to be strong enough.

I built a model using SketchUp for verification of the drawing.
A rendering gives a more complete feeling for the volume model.
This shows how I 'installed' the ball bearings. The tires are pressfit on the ball bearings. The bolt is screwed directly into the wood.
