I was trying different combinations on how to print these...

Threads down: This is looking to be the best, I printed with support and 2 brim. It left the top nice and clean as well.
Threads up: the top part ended up being stringy. In theory if you had a flat top then printing threads up would be good.
Sideways as in the file: this did print but left the side a little square from the support/sanding.

I printed mine with threads facing up but it made the thumb pads stringy. It's not uncomfortable but looks kind of bad, any ideas on how to prevent this?

Can you post the Step Files for this part? i really like them but would like to make some modifications.

Posted the Step file for you.

What bearings are these for?

8mm inside the bearing

hai it's posible to change the shaf to 7mm instead of 8mm?

In what orientation did you print this? What gives the best results?

Hi, I print these with the screws facing sideways and they print perfectly for me. (up mini 2).
Printed about 15 sets of these. They're awesome.

I printed this with the screws facing up using a raft and supports, That came out the best way for me.

Supports on the Thread as well? For me the Other part of the print comes out perfect and then it messes up the thread and the hole. Im printing at 40mm/s with ABS.

Yeah supports on threads is how I had it. I didn't print in ABS though, I have yet to jump that hurdle :p

I could maybe try to modify the threading, if you think that would work.
