Wheelchair ramp - 5cm or 9cm height
Original idea from Raul Krauthausen, for more info, please check his website : http://raul.de/inspiring/printing-a-mini-wheelchair-ramp-yourself-with-a-3d-printer/
We decided to push the concept with a dovetail groove so the ramp can reach higher sidewalks once you put the second part. Also, do not forget to print the little feet in a flexible material in order to get a nice grip on the floor.
Source files are included, feel free to tweak it to suit your own needs.
You could also design other solutions using the honeycomb pattern, for example a fixation system to attach the platform to the wheelchair itself or facilitate the picking/dropping.
Feel free to comment :)
Already very robust, so stick with a 15-20% infill and you shouldn't worry about the resolution : drop it at 0.2 or even 0.3mm.
It's way faster print if you use a 0.8mm nozzle.
Monitor the filament usage, as it uses quite a bit of material!
