Summary
This is a hole you can place in your design. It should fit the standard suction cups used to hold bathroom fixtures against mirrors or tiles.
I'm uploading it as its own thing so I can place all the derivatives that use it underneath it. Feel free to reuse it with no attribution, this is Public Domain stuff.
Instructions
Well, unless you want a 3"x3" square of plastic attached to your mirror with a suction cup, I would recommend including this in your own design. ;-)
Example: grab Fountain's birdhouse design ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:184 ), add two of these to the back plate, and presto! A birdhouse you can mount on your window.
