Well the verticals work great for mounting nema 17's to the z axis. The problem I am running into is the horizontal mount. The center slot is off center. Used the exact same settings in openscad for the horizontal except for orientation setting. I made the mistake of printing the model without checking the render, but it is obvious in openscad that it is off. Any idea how to fix this for 2020 rails?

What settings are you using that gets a non-centered result?

I cannot remember the exact value i entered for beam slot diameter and depth, but it was close to the 4.5 that is set here:

/ [Basic_Parameters] /

// Stepper Motor Size
motor_index = 4; // [0:NEMA 8, 1:NEMA 11, 2:NEMA 14, 3:NEMA 16, 4:NEMA 17, 5:NEMA 23, 6:NEMA 34, 7:NEMA 42]

// Parallel or Perpendicular (will need supports)
orientation = 1; // [0:Parallel, 1:Perpendicular]

// mount thickness, in mm
thickness = 3.0; // [2:0.1:10]

// Openbeam size, in mm
openbeam_size = 20; // [10:50]

// Openbeam bolt diameter, in mm
beam_bolt_diameter = 3.0; // [2:0.1:40]

// Openbeam slot diameter for tight fit, in mm
slot_diameter = 4.5; // [2:0.1:40]

// Openbeam slot distance to edge for tight fit, in mm
slot_depth = 4.5; // [2:0.1:40]
