Regarding the "Update 22/02/2017", what is the convenience of the modified files?

You modified the thickness from 1.4mm to 1.6mm of what?

What do you mean by "noze"?

All fits perfectly, cards and the lid. Thanks....CR10S, PLA. 20% triangle infill, 4 line skirt, 0.1 layer height, speed 60.

the fit was really tight, sd cards and lid. scale it up unless you want to modify it.
tools used file, exacto knife and screwdriver with torch lighter to widen the holes.

Use it daily!
Do you mind sharing the source files? I would love too create a personalised version of it :)

Thanks!

Thank you, very well designed !
Merci, très bien conçu !

Thanks merci Clément :-)

Any chance of getting a file edited with 1.5mm to work with a 0.5mm nozzle?

cover does not fit. the fix is to increase cover size 3 to 4% before printing

there is an error in the micro sd slot size
the microsd slot is smaller & please fix it

You may be just over-extruding, which will fill in the slots a bit? If you think that may be the case try turning down your flow rate a bit and see if that helps.

Or, If you are printing in PLA, that filament shrinks noticeably upon cooling. Try scaling things up a few % to allow for PLA shrinkage.

Hello setiorion007,
I don't understand what you mean, sorry.
The slots micro SD cards are a little larger than the cards, of course, to be able to store them there.
The stl files are the ones I used for my 3d impressions, and as you can see on the photos (orange box), the cards are well arranged in.
So I don't know what I can fix.
