Cut the frame from 3mm plexiglass or 3mm plywood.
For the printbed I recommend 5mm plexiglass or 5mm plywood.
All parts you need are in the files, so you don't have to duplicate something.
Print everything with 15%-20% infill.
You will find the firmware (marlin) in the download section. There is everything calibrated for the printer.

Updated the BOM with the newest MKS 1.5 board
Redesigned the two z-axis parts. There is now an anti-wobble mechanism for the threaded rod. See attached picture
Changed the z-axis a little bit. two holes for the pulleys did not match correctly with the printed parts
As this is my first design partly constructed in fusion 360, not all parts are in the file. Especially the main parts for printing are created in tinkered which does not support STEP files.
