Yes, I do. You only need to change the Z steps in the firmware.

thanks a lot, I have a last question, I state that I do not understand much of firmware modification, you can tell me what I need to change, or you already have the modified firmware that I can install it directly?

Open "configuration.h" and search for "#define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT". There you can change the Z steps. In my case, my steps are "800". You need to calculate yours, because lead screw can be differents.
