solo es necesario imprimir las piezas de ese eje?
no desplaza la barra lisa de al lado ?¿

ciao, hai anche aggiornato il firmware per utilizzare la modifica in modo corretto?

Yes, I do. You only need to change the Z steps in the firmware.

where can i found the good firmware ??

You only need to change the Z steps in the firmware.

thanks a lot, I have a last question, I state that I do not understand much of firmware modification, you can tell me what I need to change, or you already have the modified firmware that I can install it directly?

Open "configuration.h" and search for "#define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT". There you can change the Z steps. In my case, my steps are "800". You need to calculate yours, because lead screw can be differents.

You have a calculator here: http://www.prusaprinters.org/calculator/
