Bravo. You are incredible. Everything in detail.
Thank you so much for sharing

Thank you for the nice words

A quick question: How much would this cost in supplies (excluding plastic cost.)

Oh, hard to tell. I dont remember. I guess the most expensive parts here must be the Tamiya Putty and the Citadel Primer. The Putty costs about 8 bucks from ebay and the big can of primer did cost about 25usd from my local hobby store. The steel rods about 5usd from ebay. Paints I already had

I'm only really worried about the storage box (I'm just wondering which one is the best for the purpose you're putting it to) and the axles, which I already know the cost of. My budget is about $10. I have a large T&F Take Along / Take n Play collection in my basement, and a 2002 Matchbox Double Decker Bus with a paper Bulgy face doesn't really do the trick. :|

You will probably find a better alternative to use for windows, I just had to improvise since I could not find any stiff plastic sheets at my local stores

Ok, thanks for your help! Keep making amazing stuff for the community!

oh my, the level of details and preparation is amazing. You're truly a dedicated fan of Thomas : )). I concluded that until my boys grow up to appreciate the effort, I won"t be making it : ). May I ask what your slicer is? Supports look easy to remove...

Thanks. I used Makerbots own slicer
