How on earth is this supposed to fit the Logitech c920???
Edit: Never mind, I figured it out... You need to move over the metal tabs from the original to the new mount, before reassembling (see image)

Thanks for adding the pictures! Kinda crazy that this mount has been running on my printer for almost 2 years now...

I just made this thing but how do you secure it to the printed mount after you remove the C920 bracket.? It is not a snap fit. Therefore can you let me know how you secured the 2 together? Can you post me a pic of the back? Great job by the way. As soon as I get it mounted I will post the Pictures.

Thanks! Mine has been working for over a year now without issues. If i remember correctly, I used the original mount screws. I'll try to double check and take a picture tonight.

Thanks I will look for them!

same here.

And so I wonder why there are the profiles of the small plastic pieces even if there are none of them.
A C270 or a C910 has something like that, but these are based on very different mounts.

How did you get the webcam of it's original mount?

Sorry for not responding. I found a YouTube video.

Thanks alot, much appreciated.

Hi,

For our project we will use same webcam as you did. I didn't understand the part which is directly connected to webcam. Is it leg of webcam or something else? Because stl files only consist of two parts and they are located at bottom and middle. May you give some informations about that part (which is directly connected webcam).

Thanks for everything

The part directly connected to the webcam is this part I have posted here. Between my 2 parts is an extra swivel piece I took from my GoPro accessory kit (not used anymore in my setup).

You really only need those 2 parts. You can print GoPro extension pieces if you want to get it further away from the printing area.

Please let me know if you have other questions or comments!
