Hello, it’s just ordinary PLA. Brand is Velleman, I buy it in stores/shops in Belgium. You can also buy this easily online if you Google it. Alsow on Velleman online shop/store I think.

Hello! what kind of plastic did you use? how can I buy it or order it? I'm from Russia St. Petersburg. we have not met the color plastic for lithophany.

sooo i went to the dollar store to try and find the lamp you was talking about and don't know can you post a pic possibly so can see

any chance you could make this customizable so we could put our own dimensions in it ?

Hi, i don’t know how I can do this. Is it a lot of work? I can share my CAD-files if you want?

What is the dimension of the lithophane fotos?10 x 10??

Nice design but really not much helpful info. You should provide the links to the bulb and other examples and at least photo resolution. This is why you get more question and nobody really can print this and make it work like you do.

I posted another light that works on my make. I also found that 76x100 locks them in without the pins.

It's a cheap light from a dollarstore, so I don't have any futher information about this. it's a milky/mat bulb over a power led and I made the box for this light.

where can i get this pushbutton from?

I tot it from a simple light from a dollarstore, but you can get this from any electronic warehouse etc

himmm silly question but
could not find the photo sizes in the instructions
whats the perfect size so it would fit

thanks :-)

I don't now the exact dimensions anymore. You could check with an STL Viewer like 3Dtool what's the space in between the holes in the housing. I used photos taken with my iphone 6 front camera. These fit with 1mm of tolerance. Photos brought to Lithophane with 3Drocks webpage.

What did you use for your light source?

A cheap light for only €1,49
It's basically a power LED in a milky/mat light bulb
It was a light with a cord to pull on/off the lamp
Used the lamp, got the battery box cut out of it and used the switch
Drawned a hole in the bottom to fit the switch
Welded the switch, battery tray and lamp socket into the box with my 3D pen
Superglue could do the trick to
