Summary

A control horn for small electric RC airplanes. Cut a slot in the control surface and glue it in place. Works for both balsa wood and foam models. The images shows 100% scale, but of course the control horns can be scaled to fit different needs. I have also included the SketchUp file, feel free to modify.

Update:
I added two new versions with holes in the base to make the glue joint stronger.

Great for small foamies!

It would be usefull to have small holes in the base of the control horn to enable the glue to better block the device like on this one http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2119412
