this is a 5.8ghz antenna for the rg402 coax similar to a helical antenna.
this should be printed in either ABS or PETG because you'll solder the copper lobes attached to the printed jig.
the coaxial cabel will slip directly to the jig and solderd on.
i added the top face to shape the wire before adding the wire to the body
you will need :
-rg402 coaxial cable to be at full λ that`s = 50.7mm that is with center pin connected.
.center conductor should be 3mm
-four 0.6mm copper mig wire to be cut 47mm length and then to be trimmed before soldering to the ground
-8mm heat shrink cut to 0.5mm to hold the the lobes before soldering and trimming
-two extra 0.6mm copper wires #1 to be cut to 15mm then to be soldered to the side lobe with 15degree angle inside the trace then bent to 85 degree along the body
2 cut to 7mm and soldered to the opposite side of the first one in parallel to the lobe
important disclaimer ::
this will FRY your transmitter if you don`t know how to tune an antenna
i advise never to be used at all if you dont know how tunning works
