This is version 2 of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1367219 with lots of improvements:
I uploaded three new files: Chamber, Base and Cover. With these, you can stick the Chamber inside the Base. If you've already printed the Chamber V2.0, cut the little "L"'s on the sides off. Now it should fit in the new Base.
- all parts should now fit nicely together, without filing (or at least much less filing)
- the acrylic fits now in place by an holding mechanism (btw ignore the hole in the acrylic in the pictures, it's the acrylic from version 1)
- no more need for an metal grid / netting glued under the chamber part
- the holes at the base are now bigger to let the water flow more easily
Theoretically the grid size is 1x1mm, but in print it's much smaller (at least on my printer). Please watch your printer printing the first layers, if you think the grid is too big, please leave me a comment and i will upload a version with a smaller grid.

The design is inspired by the antscanada.com ant nests. Unfortunatly the shipping costs to my country are way to high, so i designed my own formicarium for my Camponotus herculeanus ants.
You can put some cotton in the base piece, stick the chamber on top of it and water the base piece from both sides (there are little holes in the walls), to regulate the humidity.
The entrance blocks are for 12/16mm aquarium tubes. I separeted them, so you can design your own entrance blocks. Or if something break, you don't have to print the entire formicarium again.
You need a sheet of 2mm (acrylic-) glass.
For the chamber, please use a floor thickness of at least 0.9mm and the 20% infill. Otherwise you may have holes in your floors.
